Yoga Teacher

I wholeheartedly believe that you don't need to be a yogi to feel the benefits of Yoga, both in body and mind.

As a yoga teacher, my intention is simple: To help you find what you need from the practice of yoga, whether that be physical, mental or a mix of both. 

​

With a background in physiology, I aim to help clients to understand in more depth what yoga is doing for their bodies. By empowering people with this knowledge, they are able to enjoy fully the benefits of yoga for the mind.
