Project Management

I hold over a decade of experience in project management. One recent example of a successful Project Management role I completed was that of EU COST Action MODENA (TD1204, 2013-17). COST Actions fund pan-European, bottom-up networks of scientists and researchers to promote international coordination of nationally-funded research. MODENA focussed on building Quantitative Nanostructure-Toxicity Relationship (QNTR) models to support generation of nanomaterials that are ‘Safe-by-design’. As Grant Holder, I was responsible for ensuring successful delivery of the project overall. As well as actively contributing to the science questions posed, I successfully managed the project’s administration, financial performance, reporting, and oversaw organisation of all meetings and scientific outputs from its start to completion.
