Yes, really! I see the two as opposite ends of the same spectrum. As a physiologist with expertise in occupational health, risk assessment & toxicology, I am able to contribute to protecting people's health through research which ultimately informs how to keep people safe from harm. As a coach & trainer in the world of health & fitness, I'm able to immediately impact people's lives to help them feel good & make better choices for their health.Â
